Shows signboard of Lee Association. Located on the front of the third floor balcony of Lee Association building, facing Fisgard Street. The Lee Association building at 614 Fisgard Street, Victoria, B.C. was designed by architect C. Elwood Watkins in 1911. The third floor houses the meeting hall of the Lee Association, a family association.
