Mid-summer picnic of local Chinese community
PublicShows a race for girls at the annual picnic of the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association in 2007 at Gyro Park in Cadboro Bay. Founded in 1884, the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association was a crucial force in Victoria's immigrant community.
