Portrait of Li Hongzhang, a leading statesman of the late Qing Empire. He quelled several major rebellions and served in important positions of the Imperial Court, including the premier vice royalty of Zhili. Li Hongzhang simplified Chinese: 李鸿章; traditional Chinese: 李鴻章. Portrait hung in the meeting room of the Lee Association. Photo taken on June 11, 2011.
