Letter from Saul Holiff to Johnny Cash, never mailed

Public

Letter, never mailed, from Saul Holiff to Johnny Cash after his resignation as Cash's manager. Probably written in December 1973 since it addresses letters from Cash's lawyer disputing Holiff's right to commissions on deals negotiated with American Oil. Accuses Cash of eroding the terms of their original contract, never properly compensating him, and humiliating him.
