Dragon Alley plaque
Plaque of Dragon Alley located in Chinatown, Vitoria B.C. From 1881 to 1884, Chinese immigrants established themselves over 6 blocks creating a cultural enclave for Victoria's Chinese community. A restoration was completed in 2000 and the area is inhabited with shops and apartments.
