The Elders Council for Parks in British Columbia is an independent society, whose members are retired parks system employees and conservation advocates who have dedicated a significant portion of their lives to parks and protected areas in B.C. Bill Merilees interviews Jimmy and Doreen Moore on September 11th, 2002 at Westbank and Part 2 of the interview with Charlie Velay on September 26th, 2002 in Victoria, B.C.
