Ocean Rain dancers in tutus, tights, wings and antennae performing at the Night Market (Fisgard Street, Victoria, B.C.) In 2011, the Victoria Chinese Commerce Association, in partnership with businesses and individuals in the community, hosted a night market once a month in the 500 block of Fisgard Street. Celebrating Chinese culture and Chinatown's long history in Victoria. Entertainment featured traditional dance and music.
