就马连被雇主枪杀一事再次请求中华会馆帮助
PublicA letter from the Chinese Community in Rossland, B.C. to the Victoria CCBA concerning the killing of Ma Lian. The letter reports that the killer is still at large and accuses the "infamous" Canadian Union that the killer belongs to of bribing officials so that there will be no justice in this case. The letter requests help from the CCBA to unite Chinese communities in fighting this miscarriage of justice. 1900 (庚子)
