Building at Government and Fisgard Streets, Victoria, B.C.

This building was located on the south-east corner of Government and Fisgard Streets. The building was demolished in the early 1960s to make way for the Centennial Square development. This is now the site of Silver threads, a seniors' organization. The sign on the buildings says: 黄江夏堂.
