- Jan 10 Sunday Mrs Mokler made lunch. Honor wrote articles. I went with Sally to Jenny at 2 Beaumont St. Laura in bed all day. She is depressed at the idea of a 2 months trip out of England, especially with so much work on hand. I still felt very stupid. Sent photographs of Catherine & Sam to A.G. Harrison Smith has left Random House. German attack on Madrid appears to have failed.
