Letter from William Plomer to John Betjeman, August 01, 1969
Part of a collection of letters to John Betjeman from William Plomer (British poet, novelist and literary editor). Plomer tells Betjeman that he is happy that he saw him at the lunch that day. He mentions that the author of the poems he sent is, The Rev. David Lockwood, The Vicarge, Hanley Swan, Worcestershire, and that Betjeman should write to him if he liked them.
