Frank M. Shillaker field notes (1946) : Jasper Park, Alberta

This field journal recorded bird census over summer by day in 1946. Frank M. Shillaker was a colleague up in Chezacut who owned the local store and bought from the trappers. He was a naturalist and provided some of the early European accounts of wildlife there. He gave his journals to Dr. Cowan.
