The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, drawing room, library, coat room, lavatory, dining room, kitchen and pantry. The second floor consists of the upper hall, five bedrooms and bathroom. The exterior walls are finished in lap siding. Drawings AP1839-AP1845 are stamped and inscribed: "This is one of the drawings referred to in our contract dated Oct 21/12. [Signed] Lockley & Foster [and] J M Whitney".
