Shows the Chinese Empire Reform Association building at 1713 Government Street in Victoria B.C. decorated with paper lanterns and banners. A welcome sign in English reads: Long life and happiness. The decorations were in honour of the visit of the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall and York to Victoria in 1901.
