Preliminary and working drawings. The former set is marked "cancelled". The latter contain plans, elevations, section and details. Two-storey house with basement. A servant's room is in the basement. The first floor consists of a terrace, hall, drawing room, dining room, conservatory, smoking room, kitchen, pantry and washroom. The second floor comprises five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. The wood frame construction is covered with shingles on the first floor and half timbering on the second. Leaded glass is specified for most windows.
