A letter from the Victoria Board of School Trustees in reply to a petition from the Chinese Canadian Club, the Chinese Chamber of Commerce, and the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association protesting the segregation of Chinese children in public schools saying that segregation is in the best educational interest of the Chinese students.
