Plans, elevations and details. The drawing of plans and elevations has extensive pencil annotations. Two-storey house with basement. The ground floor comprises a hall, drawing room, den, dining room, kitchen, pantry and scullery. The second floor contains five bedrooms, bathroom and water closet. The exterior is finished in shingles. Drawing AP1505 is inscribed: "This is one of the plans referred to in our agreement dated 22nd Feb. 1904. [Signed] Calder & Mason [and] Alexander Robinson".
