South Residence [Project: 073-06-66/216-05-72]

Project material consists of one large folder of architectural drawings and other material pertaining to a series of three alterations and additions to the South Residence, located at 2890 Ashley Road in Saanich B.C. The Souths are identified as “Mr. & Mrs. Don South”. Ben Levinson, Hodgson’s business partner, was involved in the 1972 project. Included are floor plans; site plans; elevations; section drawings; detail drawings; electrical plans; specifications; and other material created at various stages of the design process.
