• Oct 8 Friday 1 page Belisarius & preface: and several letters. Walk to Cranleigh, met Honor & home with her in 'bus. Alix & Harry both away. Honor, L & I talked in her bedroom & L read her friendship recommendation to us. Another 15,000 Italians to Cadiz Spain & young Mussolini with bombers to Palma a few days ago: reported threat to Minorca.
