The ground floor comprises hall with adjoining lavatory, sitting room, study, coal bin, kitchen, scullery, larder, wood room and water closet. The second floor contains three bedrooms, a bathroom and water closet. The attic consists of three bedrooms and a box room. The building is of brick construction.
