Surveyed by F.A. Devereux, 1894. [Signed by P. O'Reilly, Indian Reserve Commissioner, no date.] [Approved by George B. Martin, Chief Commissioner of Lands and Works, 21 September 1895.] Map shows Reserves No. 1, 2, 3, and 4 along the Nechaco and Fraser Rivers and Fort George. Reserve No. 1 is at the fork of the Fraser and Nechaco River adjacent to Fort George and a Hudsons Bay Co. station; Reserve No. 2 is next to the Fraser River and the G.T.P. Railway to Winnipeg; Reserve No. 3 (Cles-Ba-O-Nee-Check) is located on the Nechaco River and Duck Lake; Reserve No. 4 (Sa-La-Quo) is located where the Nechaco and Mud Rivers meet. Land cover and features described on the map include types of trees and soil, trails, roads, overflowed land, and good grazing land.
