- Handwritten letter on Johnny Cash Incorporated stationary. Cash's name appears vertically along the left side and horizontally along the top of the page. There is a logo and list of Cash songs in the bottom-left corner of the first page. Saul Holiff's contact information appears in the top-right corner of the first page. Underneath Holiff's information is a handwritten note that reads "L.A. Airport restaurant" in parentheses.
