Living sea 09 (1957-06-27) : among the waves
PublicA series of documentary kinescopes with filmed inserts dealing with the sea and sea life. Hosted by Ian McTaggart-Cowan. In this part, Dr. Cowan explained the food chain in the ocean and used microscope to show some plant and animal samples from 50-foot-deep bottom of the ocean, including full grown animals like sea flea, and young jellyfish, sea snail and sea worms. It also showed the different animals in the deep ocean: sea anemone, giant red jellyfish, herring, salmon and ling cod.
