- This animal was successful
in reaching its burrow where [word crossed out]
into which it dived + immediately
put its head out. As the
coyote approached it backed
in + as it withdrew
the whistler came out, always
keeping the coyote in view.
The coyote worked its way
slowly through the woods
bordering the slide + every
few yards it came out onto
the slide to look it over.

vomited a foot + some quills
of a porcupine.
