With the slick of new snow it
was today possible to see coyote
tracks with ease. Saw tracks
of about 6 to 8 coyotes on the
area between the lodge and Maligne.
Saw 3 coyotes during the day.
The bulk of these animals
were feeding on elk carrion or
chasing rabbits. In places around
Lake Annette rabbits are quite
numerous.
No sign of any harassing of deer
