Decorated with three flying bees, a pomegranate tree and chrysanthemums growing from rocks, this miniature doucai meiping vase has a six-character mark of Yongzheng in a double circle on the base.
77 Wine Cup d: 6.4 cm, Yongzheng (1723-1735)
Decorated with two pairs of alternating flowers on a continuous stem scroll, this small doucai wine cup has a six-character mark of Chenghua in a double square on the base.
78 Bowl d: 13.3 cm, Yongzheng (1723-1735)
There is a flower scroll in the centre of this doucai bowl, with steeply rounded sides. The exterior is delicately painted with six different flowers on a multi-coloured stem scroll outlined in underglaze blue, which gives a pleasant but discontinuous effect. There is a six-character mark of Yongzheng in a double circle on the base.
