looking out over lower ground
After carefully scanning the
country below them for 5 or
6 minutes they carefully descended
to the bracken slopes where
they joined Short Spike + a
doe of similar age. The four
fed slowly down hill.
Some bluebirds attacked me
+ simultaneously the deer showed
some alarm, perhaps a vagrant
wind carried them my scent
