+ a griseus [underlined] picked up on E. [east]
coast near Cape Fife
Great numbers are coming in
after a storm. All moulting
+ very thin. All have moulted
the flight feathers except the 1st
5 primaries + must be nearly
flightless. Shore is covered with
their feathers
