At Maligne Canyon Bridge saw 3 deer

Along the Devona Road going + coming
18 miles saw 30 deer but as
this was largely in middle of day
+ return count was 22 deer
in 18 miles
12 does 7 fawns 10 bucks
all looked to be in excellent condition

Up Miette River to Yellowhead Pass.
Only deer seen were 3 does close
to town.

On a drive to Moberly Flats +
return counted deer as follows.

fawns 6.
bucks 9.
deer 4
total 39
Of these 23 were seen on the 13
mile return trip.
All appeared to be in good
condition with the bucks with
antlers up to 2 inches in length.

Drove to Talbot Lake + back via Henry House. Bright day.
