Untitled [Mr. Campbell on land zoning]
PublicNewscaster questions Mr. Campbell as to whether his zoning recommendations may protect land speculators in rural communities, in response to letters from Prince George Mayor Moffit and Saanich Mayor Hugh Curtis. Mr. Campbell responds that municipalities shouldn't zone land for agricultural use if it may be used for urban development in the near future. He further states he has no interest in land speculation. Footage also includes several takes of newscaster speaking about the "run-down" and historic buildings of downtown Victoria, with Wharf Street and Janion Building in background.
