A Soldier's Diary - clipping [All in a Lifetime illustrated autobiography chapter Page 41]
A clipping that is part of the Archie Wills' Autobiography, "All in a Lifetime." It is titled A Soldier's Diary and is by Russ Rabjohn. There is a black and white illustration of artillery guns and the bodies of dead German soldiers on a battlefield. The caption reads, "A Soldier's Diary: A scene that was repeated so many times. In the course of our advance, we passed this spot in a sunken road where the crew of a German 77mm battery was completely wiped out."
